Father Philip Seher celebrated his First Mass at St. Teresa on May 30, 1965. His taught at Elder, Moeller, Mt. Notre Dame, Xavier University, Xavier University, the Athenaeum of Ohio and The Summit Country Day School where he also acted as Chaplain. He was an Associate at Little Flower, St. Martin, Our Lady of the Sacred Heart and St. Vincent Ferrer. He was Pastor at St. John West Chester, St. William, St Joseph (Lynn Street). He served as Personnel Director for clergy. During that time he served as President of the National Association of Church Personnel (NACPA). He was chaplain of the Catholic Korean Community and a Presenter for the National Forum for the Catechumenate (RCIA). He was a volunteer chaplain for the Hamilton County Justice Center and for the Lebanon Correctional Institution. He also served as chair of the Archdiocesan Mission Board.
